Mr. Ramachandra Seshagiri Golvepalle is a B.Sc graduate always had a passion to become a self made man he started his career with the manufacturing products of thermo forming and blister forming

• Consultant and was instrumental in designing machinery for Thermo Forming, Injection moulding, Blow Moulding Plastics.
  
• Worked as a General Manager for a 100% nutracuetical export house producing Chondroitine Sulphate. The product was exported to Europe. He was completely in charge of designing the entire process which includes machinery, labour system, power management and packing.
  
• Developed the most cost effective and highly productive Green Houses using HYDROPONICS for a huge business concern in Dubai. Successfully completed the entire erection from scratch to the first crop, within a record time of 4 months on 3 acres of land. The uniqueness of his work is complete automation of the processes which makes it less dependent on labour. He is now completing 5 years in AMC .His specialization is reduction of cost per acre and increasing the crop output. He is also in the process of patenting the organic nutrients needed for organic and Green House farming used in Dubai.
  
• In 2014 started his own firm under the name of 'VISTAS AGROTECH’. It is an SSI firm with complete registrations which includes, ST, VAT and Import and Export Licenses. He is presently negotiating with couple of business houses in India, Dubai, U.S.A, U.K. for establishing green houses using Hydroponics. He carries with him over 20 years of experience in design and manufacturing of machineries for cost reduction and increased profitability.

He is a passionate entrepreneur with a zeal to design production processes and reduce cost of any project and have set himself a target of completing 50 acres of Green Houses in 2015 with a turnover of Rs 100 Crores in India and Abroad.

Having designed the machineries and production systems for various factories in thermoforming,plastics, nutraceuticals and forgings for bore well bits, including inventory, and post production packing machines, I have the unique distinction of reducing the costing of any factory by my vast experience of more than 20 years.

It is because of more than 9 years experience in designing, execution and maintenance including the in house cost effective growth promoters for hydroponics in Green Houses in UAE.

With such a rich experience I am sure my experience will enable me to overcome all challenges during the commencement, production and post production processes.

With a zeal to develop more cost effective technologies, I would continue to strive to excel the processes which I have developed, which I am developing and which I will develop in future. With my extensive contacts with all manufacturers in different machineries and my excellent terms with them I am sure I will be able to get the latest technologies at the most reasonable price due to my good will with them.
